We organize weekly Thursday trainings for our members. These can range from standard sessions to crisis-specific ones. Regular training sessions and crisis training sessions will be conducted by our Training Officer and Crisis Officer respectively. Details of the training session, as well as topic guide, will be released a week prior to the training session.

Welcome back to LSE! We kicked off our Lent term training schedule with a session where our Training Director Jonathan Lin gavea presentation on how to build up your speaking abilities to help you master the art of rhetoric at Model UN conferences.

MUN Week 2: Advanced Lobbying
In this session, Training Officer Jonathan Lin took us through the techniques of advanced lobbying, and winning support no matter how unpopular your country's position may be. Delegates got a chance to try it out in the simulation!
Ever feel like venturing back into the 1920s? Then look no further, because in this week's training, we will be doing just that. Jump into a crisis simulation set in the streets of Chicago as Al Capone builds up his criminal empire through the practice of bootlegging.
MUN Week 5: Crisis
In this session, MUN Officers Janet Wong and Mock Yi Jun took yu through resolution writing techniques, with added tips on how to use Google Drive and other tools to your advantage! Delegates tried their hand at crafting clauses of your own.

This week's training included sessions on Lobbying, Research, and Resolution Writing. Delegates had to win the hearts and minds of your fellow delegates and win their votes to pass impeccably written resolutions.
